    • Process improvement — map how work flows today, find the repeats, waits and back-and-forth, and decide what to change first.업무 개선 — 먼저 지금 일이 흐르는 모습을 그립니다. 되풀이하는 일, 기다리는 일, 되묻는 일을 찾아 무엇부터 바꿀지 정합니다.
    • Automation — move rule-based work to tools, with an alert when something stops and a way to roll back.자동화 — 규칙대로 도는 일을 도구로 옮기고, 멈추면 알리며 되돌리는 법을 같이 둡니다.
    • AI adoption — add AI to work that needs judgment, like writing, documents and inquiries, with a screen where a person reviews and chooses.AI 도입 — 글⁠·⁠문서⁠·⁠문의처럼 판단이 섞인 일에 AI를 붙이고, 사람이 보고 고르는 화면까지 함께 만듭니다.

    Content콘텐츠

    We sort AI news, how-tos and prompts so they're usable. For what we ran ourselves, the date, the setup (model and tools) and the result — what was and wasn't confirmed — sit in the same box.쏟아지는 AI 소식과 사용법, 프롬프트를 바로 쓸 수 있게 정리합니다. 직접 돌려 본 것에는 날짜와 환경(모델과 도구), 결과(확인한 것과 못 한 것)⁠를 같은 칸에 적습니다.

    • Weekly AI news — each item checked against an official post.주간 AI 소식 — 소식 하나하나를 공식 글로 확인합니다.
    • How-tos that end in a working result, with an answer key to check against.따라 하면 결과물이 나오는 사용법 — 결과를 맞춰 볼 정답표도 함께 싣습니다.
    • Copy-and-paste prompts, with the reason behind each rule.복사해서 바로 쓰는 프롬프트 — 규칙마다 왜 그런지 적어 둡니다.

How we work.일하는 방식

    Gather — requests that arrive in different places (email, messenger, sheets, forms) come into one place.모으기 — 메일, 메신저, 시트, 양식으로 흩어져 들어오던 요청을 한곳에 모읍니다.

  2. 02

    Run — set handling runs automatically: sorting, then a first draft.처리하기 — 정해진 일은 자동으로 처리합니다. 요청을 분류하고 초안까지 씁니다.

  3. 03

    Check — a person checks only where judgment is needed.확인하기 — 판단이 필요한 곳에서만 사람이 확인합니다.

  4. 04

    Record — checked results are ready to go with a record, so before and after can be compared.남기기 — 확인을 마친 결과와 처리 기록이 남고, 바뀌기 전과 뒤를 비교할 수 있습니다.

Principles.원칙

  1. If we haven't measured it, we say so.재지 않은 것은 재지 않았다고 씁니다.
  2. Numbers are labeled for what they are: internal test, synthetic, or estimate.숫자에는 내부 시험⁠·⁠합성⁠·⁠예상 같은 꼬리를 붙입니다.
  3. A person checks where judgment is needed.판단이 필요한 곳은 사람이 확인합니다.
